Contribution Points Policy

1. What points recognize

Your private contribution page may recognize four verified factors: when your Kansensus membership began, qualified referrals, participation, and verified creator contribution.

Your member cohort is fixed when first verified. Removing or restoring an earlier account does not move your cohort. Other factors can change as the underlying verified activity changes.

2. Current calculation

The current native contribution model uses four factor weights that total 100%:

• Join time: 10%, based on the fixed member cohort.
• Referrals: 65%, based on distinct qualified referrals and any eligible welcome credit under an active two-sided referral offer.
• Participation: 10%, based on verified participation in Kansensus.
• Creator contribution: 15%, based on verified contributions from creating on Kansensus.

There is no referral-count cap. Every distinct qualified referral contributes while its qualification remains valid. The 65% is the referral factor's weight in the formula, not a personal referral limit or a target that can be maxed out.

When the app displays an active two-sided referral offer, a qualifying invitation earns one Contribution unit for the inviter and one welcome Contribution unit for the eligible new member. The welcome credit is available once per new account. It contributes to the referral factor but does not increase the number of people that member has invited. Both credits are issued after verification and follow the same reversal or restoration decision. Referrals accepted before the offer became active do not receive a retroactive welcome credit.

Kansensus records the calculation version and a verification reference with each update. A future calculation change will use a new version; it will not silently rewrite the meaning of an earlier version.

3. What points mean today

Points cannot be bought, sold, transferred, redeemed, exchanged for cash, or used to change voting outcomes, feed reach, moderation decisions, account eligibility, or governance. Points do not establish present ownership of Kansensus because shares have not been issued to user accounts yet.

Kansensus allocates 100% of company shares to users and 0% to the founder or investors. Verified points determine each user's portion. When share issuance begins, separate terms and disclosures will explain the legal process, timing, valuation, liquidity, and tax treatment.

4. Privacy and visibility

Your contribution page is available only to your authenticated account. It shows your verified contribution, progress, and private rank within the eligible member population when rank data is available. When the eligible population reaches 1,000 members, the page may also show your percentile. Rank and percentile come from the latest server-verified calculation and include an “as of” date so you can see how current they are.

Kansensus does not publish a public contribution leaderboard or expose another member's score through this feature. The page does not reveal who you invited or the content of your posts and votes.

5. Corrections and reversals

Only activity accepted by Kansensus account-integrity and content rules counts. Pending, rejected, revoked, removed, or otherwise ineligible activity does not count. If verified facts change, the page may show a new update while preserving earlier history.

If you believe your points are inaccurate, email support@kansensus.com from the address associated with your account. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or sensitive identity documents by email.

6. Changes

We may pause this feature or introduce a new calculation version. Material changes to what points recognize or how they are used will be disclosed before the new version is enabled. As Kansensus reaches meaningful scale, major changes should increasingly be proposed, discussed, and decided by the community through Decide.
