End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Kansensus Inc. ("we," "us") for use of the Kansensus mobile application ("App").

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Rent, lease, sell, or redistribute the App
• Remove proprietary notices
• Use the App for illegal purposes

3. Ownership

The App and all rights remain the property of Kansensus Inc. This Agreement grants you a license, not ownership.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the App in accordance with all applicable laws and not to post illegal, harmful, or objectionable content.

5. Privacy

Use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Updates

We may update the App from time to time. You agree to accept updates as part of your use.

7. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically if you fail to comply. We may terminate your access at any time.

8. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.

11. Changes

We may modify this Agreement. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
