These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kansensus mobile application operated by Kansensus Inc. ("we," "us," "our").

1. Acceptance

By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

3. Account

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Maintaining account security
• All activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You may use the app to create polls, vote, and comment. You may not:

• Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Impersonate others
• Violate others' rights
• Use automated systems (bots)
• Interfere with the app

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

7. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
